bali photo diary

Visiting Bali, Indonesia was definitely the highlight of 2014, being the first time going overseas with my boyfriend and without parents. We did so many things while we were there like parasailing, jet skiing, visiting islands, travelling to Ubud to see volcanoes, rice fields, Bali Safari and the Monkey Forest. Most of all we really took the time to relax, we lounged by so many pools, drank too many cocktails, did a whole lot of shopping and I probably gained a few kgs from all the amazing food too.


My favourite restaurants/bars:
Potato Head.
Cocoon.
The Bistrot.
Wacko Burger.

I highly recommend visiting Bali, the way it is portrayed on television is far from what this beautiful island is really like. I cannot wait to go back.

    Bali looks dreamy, definitely somewhere I want to visit soon. I've just moved to Australia however so plenty to do here first (am loving looking back over your Australia-related posts). I'm about to travel up the East Coast - ending with work at an eco yoga retreat. Hopefully it will be as magical as this trip was for you! Beautiful photos!

    I have never had a passport so I've never visited any place even remotely like Bali. It looks fascinating and very pretty. It's wonderful that you had such a nice time there. That cuisine looks tasty.
